Minor Request > Export "select/deselect all languages"

Hi,

As we get more languages in our project, I see it getting pretty anoying deselecting alle languages but the one needed..

So If I have 10 languages, and I want to export 1, I have to click the checkbox for 9 languages. Right now it's doable and not that huge an issue. But as I get towards 30 languages the issue will keep growing :-)

Well - If you have a nice quickfix like a checkbox in the column header of the "Select Languages" table, it would be nice :-)

Sorry for double post..

Hi,

I have added these buttons in version 4.7x.0110.

I have added them to the export and import dialogs for both Excel and Open-Office (although I realize that you only really need them in the Excel Export dialog).

On import, I have made the buttons work on all languages (in the Excel file) except the original language. The Add-In will let you import the texts in the original language, but I think this would be very unusual.

It occurs to me now, that it would be just as unusual to export without the original language. I might change the behaviour so that the new buttons do not affect the original language on export either, except that in this case it would normally be selected.

If I where you I would just make it plain simple - select/deselect all.. That would make the logic easy to understand and use.

But I do agree, export without original language will only happen in very few scenarios.

BUT I don't agree that importing original language is inlikely. We have translators in charge of our "orginal language" on same premis as the others.

The thing is, I as a developer do tend to get nerde when I write text mrgreen But often you want some more marketing-like language.. Sweet-talking the customers hasn't always been what we know developers for.. Developers tend to see customers in af different way..
