Project_ml.xml write bug

Hi Phil,

I noticed that on version .88 (maybe it exists from before that?), when the project's XML database file is checked in (Microsoft Team Server), it cannot write to it, and fails a lot when rescanning / creating resources. If I checkout the file before-hand, everything runs ok. The plugin checks out project files by itself with no problems, except the project XML database...

Hi,

sorry about not replying (much) sooner.

I have stepped through the code in the latest version (with Visual Studio 2010) and I can't see any reason for this. It definitely checks whether the project database is under version control and should check it out if necessary.

I do not have license for Team Foundation Server and my trial version has expired. I will try to find a way to install a trial version again.
