Error in MultiLang and in VisualStudio 2010 Designer

My project is a WindowsForms project and on any change to the design of the form VisualStudio designer attempts to assign what I believe is an empty string to one of my controls. This results in compilation error (see attached image).
I followed the recommendations that I have found in the Forums and in the article for this issue however nothing helps the issue is still present. In this case the controls that I am using are 3rd party controls. However I did not assign any translations to them.
Working with VisualStudio 2010 and with the latest version of ML Version 4.72.0077
