    I love the automated translation tools, they make life so much easier and give devs time to test while real life translators check / correct the automated one. However, I found that sometimes I'd like to have the option to translate a single entry ("row" in ML or values for a particular language) as opposed to going for the whole shebang. You may call me a control freak, but sometimes I just don't remember if there isn't some string in another part of the program that I would like to translate differently.

    If you click in a cell, so that it enters edit mode, and then hit F3 (or F12), it will start the translation memory dialog. At the bottom of this dialog are buttons for the Microsoft and Google translators. This way you can translate a single string only.

    I think I even made the field with the original text editable, so that you can modify the original before submitting it to the translation engine.

    You can translate all strings for a single language via the context menu.
