How to install Excel Resource
| Download | Download the Excel Resource Add-In with this link. |
| Unblock | After downloading the file, open the context menu on the file and select "Properties". Check the option Unblock (as shown below) and then click on OK. Do this before unpacking the file.

| Unpack | Unpack the file to a temporary directory. |
| Install | Open the directory ExcelResXDeploy and run the program Setup.exe. |
